Are you a dream? (click the read)

Do you have the following gifts-if so maybe you’re the one!

Was featured as a special mention by Vesey’s seed company.

I am not a wheelbarrow

easily pushed and upset.
I am like a statue that persists through the storms of life
Cleansed in the glory of the rain and the sunshine from above!

My flower

You were but a tiny seed
Amongst all the others
Creativity stuck inside
Waiting to be discovered

Shooting up through the earth
You sought answers and worth

A dazzling seedling unknown to you
Reaching for stars, therein was the clue

A young plant awaiting to blossom
Growth rising from the bottom

Transforming into such a bloom!
Radiating light into every room!

A poem for my eldest daughter my dearest flower!

One lone little dove

From the heavens above
I rest all the day
In the sun will stay
At times on a chair
Or a table out there
Rejected from peers
Not wanting me near
They want me no more
I’m not the same as before
Perhaps given my age
Too old or young at this stage?
I lie in the seeds
They take care of my needs
I no longer scare
As you sit there and stare
Only one leg have I
My tears have run dry

Back to soul

Picture a spiral, moving forward and not repeating back
I am not what my ancestors lacked

Leave the past the hurt, the shame, and pain
Moving slowly as the snail towards growth, love, healing, self-worth and gain

I am not the mistake my ancestors made
I am love and the hate I will leave behind and trade

As I move forward to live in peace
I let go and let the pain cease

I shall shall remove myself from this guilt of yesteryear to leave the thunder
Looking toward life, dreams, change and wonder

Not forgetting the grief that was caused by man’s sins
However moving ahead and creating a life filled with hope where healing begins

A call to spring

A time for nurturing growth For Father Sun to shine brightly For the warming of Mother Earth For joining in creation
To health and well-being
To the warm weather sun
To the waxing moon in her first quarter
For brighter days
For the fire’s youthfulness and vitality and ability to provide, brightness, good luck and purification
To the spring Gods and fairies
For rebirth and rejuvenation
For fertility of mind, body and soul
A time to dance
To make goodwill baskets
To feeling alive, youthful and healed
